Youth Programs at First Presbyterian

First Presbyterian Church strongly invites and encourages its youth to continue their faith journey growth by taking part in a number of educational and fellowship activities throughout the year.

Christian Discipleship

Sunday Mornings

Middle school students (grades 6th through 8th) meet in Knox Hall every Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. They will be taught by Jeff and Holly Macfarlane and studay, We Believe: With All Boldness and Freedom, a Survey of the New Testament created by the Presbyterian Church (USA). This is recommended curriculum for all Middle School youth who are thinking about taking confirmation class.

High School Students are invited to join the Middle School study group or to assist in the Pre-K through 5th grade classes.

5:30 p.m. - Wednesday Evening Program

Starting September 17, 2008

5:30 p.m. - Evening meal (freewill offering) served for all ages in the church dining hall.

6:30 to 7:30 p.m. - Middle School youth will meet in the Youth Room for group activities and fellowship. Watch The Light for more information about each month's activities.
