We're glad you're here!
Visiting a church for the first time can feel a little intimidating. We want your visit to First Presbyterian Church to feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
Whether you’ve been part of a church your whole life, haven’t been in years, or have never attended church before, you are welcome here.

What to Expect
Our Sunday worship service is traditional, but relaxed and welcoming. You’ll hear Scripture, music, prayer, and a message that connects faith with everyday life.
You don’t need to know when to stand, what to say, or what to do. Everything you need will be included in the bulletin, and you’re always welcome to simply observe and participate at whatever level feels comfortable.
There is no expectation that visitors give an offering.
What should I wear?
On any given Sunday, you’ll see people in everything from jeans and casual clothes to dresses, jackets, and ties. There is no dress code.
Can I take communion?
When we celebrate Communion, you are invited to the table. You do not need to be a member of First Presbyterian Church—or a Presbyterian—to participate.
Christ is the host of the table, and all who seek him are welcome.
Where should I park?
You are welcome to park on our church parking lot, located directly North of the building. There is also street parking available.
We love kids in worship!
Children are always welcome in worship. We love having the sounds and energy of children as part of our church family.
Kids are welcome to participate in Sunday School at 9:30am before worship. Each worship service has a special message geared just toward them.
If your child needs a break during worship, that’s perfectly okay, too. We have a nursery/playroom upstairs filled with toys and games.
Let us know you're coming
You don’t need to tell us ahead of time—but if you’d like, fill out our visitor contact form. We’d love to answer any questions you have before your visit and help you feel at home when you arrive.
